Funding
In all circumstances, the fee will include 24 hour care, meals and beverages, a comprehensive activity programme and hotel and laundry services. Payment is required in advance or at the start of the stay. Our fees vary between homes, and are dependent on the level of care required. Resident fees will be based on an assessment of need that is carried out, normally by either the home manager or the deputy home manager. This assessment will be conducted either in your home, at hospital or another care setting before admission.
We do not provide specific costs without carrying out an assessment of need, although we can provide a general guide to costs. We review our fees to ensure that we continue to offer good value and to reflect any changes in care that may be required.

There are a number of options available, which depending on your circumstances, may be available to you or your relatives in order to help pay for the cost of care. Help is available from a number of organizations. Our home managers are happy to provide some guidance on where to look for help and what might work best for you.
