Staff training
All staff, from young apprentices to senior managers, are encouraged to continue their professional development at TLC. We provide the opportunity for our employees to reach their full potential and our career pathways have been created with all employees’ development in mind, from care and nursing staff to hospitality and catering employees, and even management staff.
We offer a thorough induction when a new employee joins our team, and every care home has a specific, comprehensive training programme in place, with clear career progression.
